At Malsen Medical we believe in the importance of building a team to support all of our customers through the varied and exciting projects that we work within. This month, with that in mind, we decided to work on our team and leadership skills in greater depth.
There have been so many new additions to the team and transitions into new roles, that it was the ideal opportunity to build bonds and grow together for the future.
We found an inspiring venue in Norway, invited the country managers from France, Germany, and Norway to join with the Norwegian team and take part in a team working session. It was a wonderful opportunity to meet everyone in real life, something that has not been possible for a long time. We all took a few useful ideas away from the day!
This workshop was another step to build a strong Malsen Medical leadership team to allow for continued growth and further international expansion.
